Tag paintball
My experiences are, firstly paintball is very fun. And yes, they DO hurt when the balls hit you. Hmm i believe generally guys will enjoy more than gals cause theres alot of running and shouting going on. I feel you need to have at least 10 pples in order to split in two teams, otherwise abit no point. Oh and also, its not really like in the army you need to do some cool fire movement. Here you dont really wanna get hit so most of the time you'll be hiding behind the cover. All in all, its still one of the coolest thing you can find in urban Singapore.
Well they are a couple of places where u can play paintball:
Red Dynasty Paintball
Operating Hours: 9am - 9pm (weekdays)
9am - 7pm (weekends and holidays)
Where: Yishun Bottle Tree Park
Rates: 10 - 50 dollars per person
Verdict: I went to red dynasty before, pretty cool, the guys there are friendly and play competition paintball i think. Get the 50 dollars package no doubt, cause you would wanna spam the "bullets" like no tommorow.
For more info, check out www.weplaypaintball.com
TAG Paintball
Operating Hours: 9am - 5pm (day)
5pm - 12am (night yes you can play in the night if you want to)
Where: Yishun Country Club
Rates: 1000 paintballs - $ 250
For every subsequent 1000 balls - $200
For more info, visit www.paintball.com.sg
Verdict: For TAG, you need to have at least 6 people to qualify. Also, you need to pay a entrance fee of $15 dollars for day and $20 dollars for night. The gears, objectives and settings are pretty much the same as Red Dynasty.
Interesting brainteasers you can dumbfound your friends when u meet up
5. What is the largest possible number you can write by using just 2 numbers, without any mathematical symbols? courtesy of www.justriddlesandmore.com
4. Ok you have 12 bags of coins. The number of coins in the bag are random and one of them contain a bagful of fake coins. The real coin weighs 12grams while the fake one weighs 11. So how many times do u need to use a weighing scale to determine which is the bag with the fakos?
3. Another gold coin question. This time u have 8 bags. One of them are fake (yea -_-) The fake ones this time weighs heavier. Try to figure out how do you manage this time using a balancing scale. You can use the scale 3 times. No more.
2. There are 5 greedy pirates who found a chest of 1000 gold bars. These five pirates are ranked by seniority, the most senior one being pirate #5 and so on. And so, being the most senior pirate, he can propose a plan to split the gold bars among them. Of course he can give more to himself and the rest smaller amount. But if more than half of the pirates refuses the plan, he will be killed and the proposing starts all over again with the next most senior guy. So how mr #5 go about getting as much gold for himself and is still alive to enjoy it?
Assume that the pirates are all logically sound and smart fellows, can someone propose an explanation why mr #5 can get alot of gold bars?
1. ACCORDING TO WIKIPEDIA
THE HARDEST LOGIC PUZZLE EVER
“ | Three gods A, B, and C are called, in some order, True, False, and Random. True always speaks truly, False always speaks falsely, but whether Random speaks truly or falsely is a completely random matter. Your task is to determine the identities of A, B, and C by asking three yes-no questions; each question must be put to exactly one god. The gods understand English, but will answer all questions in their own language, in which the words for yes and no are 'da' and 'ja', in some order. You do not know which word means which. | ” |

Anyway here is the verdict:
Well the entrance fee is pretty costly, and it excludes the tramride that brings you around the safari. I would recommend everyone to take tramride though (costs 10 dollars per pax). With live audio commentary as the tram brings you around the park, you can enjoy the cool breeze of the night as the tram passes through the various attractions. The highlight i guess would be when the tapir, deer or mysterious swampthing of the night stroll past the tram nonchalently. Its just beside you man! No flash photography though, which also means you cant really take much photos.
Oh yea, and be sure to take a walk across the park too. The warm, low lighting across the safari provides quite a romantic avenue for couples to spend their evening too.
Also, please make sure u visits the "bat's den" too. There u will come into close no holds bar contact with the BATS. Not to worry, they are just fruit bats and probably, most probably wont bite you. Guys, hold close to your gals.
Overall its a positve experience. (though most of the times the animals are pretty lazy and some have gone hiding). Quite impressed with how the guys have revamped Night Safari, and the service there is excellent. If u have the time and the spare cash why not? Its nice!
